PT717-BA remote dfferential pressure transmitter is used for differential pressure measurement in the process of indus-trial production (such as the measured medium has high viscosity, corrosion, polymerization tendency or high temperaturedifferential pressure measurement conditions), with 4mA~-20mA/HART, PROFiBUS-PA, FF protocol output signal,The digitalsignal contains a variety of configuration, signal state and fault self-diagnosis information. The optional LCD watch head isused to display process pressure, signal state and faultself-dliagnosis information. The local button can complete the adjust-ment of the zero full and other configuration functions.

PT717-BA differential pressure transmitter structure is composed of PT717-BA differential pressure transmitter andremote pressure sealing device, its working principle is the same as that of PT717-BA differential pressure transmitter, onlythe process pressure transfer path is slightly different: The isolation diaphragm on the remote transmission sealing device andits filing liquid isolate the process medium and measuring sensor. The process pressure first passes through the isolationdiaphragm and fling liquid on the remote transmission sealing device, then through the isolation diaphragm and fling liquid onthe transmitter body, and finally reaches the high and low pressure side of the measuring sensor.

PT717-BA remote differential pressure transmitter range (standard product) is 4kPa~1MPa, remote transmission fiangein line with ANSl or DlN standards, connection forms are flat flange type, insert cyinder type, clamp type, fange mounting type,thread mounting type, clamp type, coupling type, etc.The pressure rating is Class 150 lb, Class 300 ib, Class 600 lb,1.6MPa/4MPa, 6.4MPa or 10MPa. The isolation diaphragm on the remote transmission flange is made of 316L stainless steel,Hastelloy C, tantalum, PFA coating,F46 film coating, gold plating, etc. It can meet the requirements of differential pressuremeasurement under some special conditions in different industrial processes.

In the case of globe control valves without pressure balancing and up to nominal size DN 100 (4″), the plug and stem are one-piece; for higher sizes, the design is two-part. As standard, the characteristic curve of the parabolic plugs is adjustable; the standard characteristics curves are linear and equal percentage. The valve sealing is metallic type with Class IV leakage (Class V as an option). In order to counteract the cavitation-related erosion phenomena occurring under high pressure conditions, parabolic plugs (single or multi-stage) and clamping seat can also be made of highly wear-resistant ceramic materials. Noise emissions can be reduced with a low-noise perforated cage.
